Operating hours of the lifts at Graukogel, the natural-snow ski resort

At Graukogel ski resort, you can hop on Graukogelbahn or Reichebenlift to get to the starting point of your snow adventure – from Thursday to Sunday.

Ski area Graukogel: ski season start with sufficient snow conditions, operation planed from Thursday, December 25, 2025 until Sunday, March 22, 2026 - open from Thursday to Sunday

Operating time daily from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m.
Operating time until January 31, 2026: from 9.00 a.m. until 3.30 p.m.

Operating hours of the cable cars at Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski resort

Opening hours for winter 2025/2026:

From 5 December 2025 to 11 April 2026
Open daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
On 24 December: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm

Slope closure in Skigastein

The ski slopes of the Schlossalm - Angertal - Stubnerkogel ski area are open from 8:30 a.m., on the Graukogel and in Sportgastein from 9:00 a.m.. Depending on the location of the ski slope and the time of year, the ski slopes are closed from 4:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.
Skiing on or entering the slopes during this time is prohibited! Exceptions apply for evening ski tours and early morning skiing.
