The Graukogel route in detail
Follow ski touring route to the mountain hut “Graukogelalm” where you can stop off.
The route ST3 continues in a beautiful mountain landskape and the ST2 route leads you up through the Swiss stone pine forest on a slightly steeper path. Arrived at the the “Graukogelhütte”, you can warm up and enjoy some food and drink before setting off down the valley on the natural snow run. Descend using only the groomed ST3 trail. Tip: consider taking the ST2 Zirbenroas route as a shorter tour on Graukogel starting at the Graukogelalm after the walk up the ST3.
